What happens after I purchase the plugin?
After you purchase a theme, you are given instant access to download the theme. You may choose to install it yourself (please refer to our plugin documentation) or we can do it for you within 24 hours of your purchase. Since we have an all inclusive policy, we normally install the plugin, design the website to your specification and professionally create upto 5 pages on the website.
Can I move to another hosting provider?
If you decide to move to another hosting provider, you are welcome to do so. Please contact us and let us know. We will help you migrate. Your existing services with MagicPlugin.pro will not be affected.
What does “The Total Care Program” include?
The Total Care Program includes regular site backups, site security and upto 1 hour of website edits. These edits will normally include text editing, adding new images or formatting a page. On request, we can also create new pages for your website.
Will you create the company / website logo?
We do not create logos. However, if you need logo services we can connect you to third party logo services without any cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal. We also accept credit cards, e-checks and bank wires via PayPal. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to be able to pay at MagicPlugin.pro.
Do you offer a refund?
We do not offer any types of refunds once a theme is purchased. However, we may consider a refund in extraordinary circumstances. Please contact us regarding the same.
How does the design process work?
Once you purchase the plugin, we will contact and work with you to know about your preferred design inspirations, color themes or thoughts if any. We will use those as a guide to create a new designs and page layouts for your company / service. In case you do not have any recommendations or advice, we will follow our own design guidelines which we think will best suit your company or service.
What if we do not like the page layout / design?
In rare cases where you do like the design we create, we will revise it for you to ensure you are satisfied with the design.
